The mobile V Carte Carvery station provides the perfect solution for complete carvery service in one handy unit. The stylish streamlined design allows the unit to be easily stored away when not in use then wheeled out and plugged into a standard 13amp socket, making it an easy catering solution for special occasions and carvery events. Additional meat holding spikes make carving simple. Comes with bain marie with fan assisted heating unit designed to accommodate gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep. Space for three one third size and two one sixth-size pans allows various combinations of vegetables and sauces to be served with carved roasts. The Heated storage cupboard with removable sliding doors, rod shelves, and fan heating unit allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
