Able to accommodate two 1/1 gastronorm trays (or a combination of smaller containers up to this size) up to 150mm deep, the Falcon 350 E350/41 wet well bain marie is thermostatically controlled and finished in stainless steel for ease of cleaning. It is ideal for the storing of cooked food at a safe holding temperature prior to serving.
The well is gastronorm compatible so the user can choose their ideal container configuration
