Display, illuminate, heat and protect pre-cooked food with CED's rectangular shaped Kubus assisted service heated deli drop in display. This 3/1 GN size hot display features a stainless steel heated 3/1 GN well area, inclined for improved customer vision. An adjustable temperature heated midshelf at eye level offers further hot merchandising space. The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop . The assisted service superstructure is made from bright polished steel and aluminium rectangular profiles, with flat & toughened full height front and side glass. The front glass tilts forward on a locking hinge, for effortless cleaning access. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the rectangular profile gantry & midshelf Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switches, mounted at eye level on operator s
